Samsung CLP-360 Driver Download Reviews- Finding another shading laser printer at around £160 is something. The N form of the CLP-300. Druckertreiber CLP-360. Samsung CLP 300 Printer Driver - Samsung CLP-300 Printer Driver for Windows Vista / 7.
I am unable to install SamSung CLP-300 printer to my HP Pavillion dv900 LapTop with Vista Ultimate 32/64 bit. I have successfully installed this printer on my desk top with Vista Home Premium with no problems, but am not able to install it on my laptop, I have wasted hours, with no success! I have tried to install from the installation CD, I have downloaded the Vista Driver (so called compatable with my OS!) from samsung site, with no success.
Keep getting the error messages: 'The printer can't install the Samsung CLP-300 kernel mode printer driver. To obtain a driver that is compatable with the version of windows that you are running, contact the manafacurer' 'Windows found diver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it, The pinter driver is not compatable with a policy on your computer that blocks NT 4.0 drivers, Contact your device manafacturer' I have contacted both Samsung & HP, they both say it is a windows problem and to contact Microsoft, who are uncontactable during the hours I am available to do so. I am going nuts!!
I really need my printer, PLEASE HELP!!! First, how do I know what 'flavor' of vista I have? It's not like it's visible anywhere or you can find it in any directory that mortals can access. I'm sure the information is SOMEWHERE but how in the world is the ordinary customer supposed to know where to look? Are all Microsoft customers assumed to have been born knowing precisely which iteration of which OS they may or may not have on every computer made? How hard would it be to provide this information in an obvious place? But what the hell does MS care if you waste an hour online trying to figure out the simplest connections?
I know, maybe the OS could detect the printer when you plug it in, and automatically find the correct driver! Seems to me that used to be standard procedure. Really great marketing decision, MS executives. Dolphins Software Volts Enterprise. Patch Antenna Feed Point. Hope you all get big bonuses for that cost saving move. Then, I see that one driver available for one of the Vista species is an 80 MB download.
