In, filmmakers Ann McElhinney and Phelim McAleer reveal the full story of the Philadelphia abortionist who was considered a “pillar of his community” and an “advocate for women’s ‘reproductive health.’” The establishment media’s embrace of the narrative that abortion is “women’s health care” kept Gosnell out of the news – even as he stood on trial in 2013. Health officials, doctors in emergency rooms who were seeing and fixing the results of his butchery – even the Philadelphia homicide department was notified. The National Abortion Federation was notified; there were trainee nurses passing through his house of horrors; the coroner’s office saw the bodies of the women and babies – and they all said nothing.

“This is in Philadelphia, not a third world country or a rural backwater in America,” McAleer continues. “It also shows the pointlessness of big government and regulations – they are never enforced when it is politically expedient.” In the book’s preface, author McElhinney writes about the effect of the investigation and the trial on her personally.
